By using Go Forward (goforward.life), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

Go Forward provides informational guidance and organizational tools to help individuals navigate administrative, legal, and logistical tasks following the death of a loved one. Go Forward is not a law firm. Nothing on this site or in any generated plan constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to use Go Forward only for its intended purpose: managing tasks following a death. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the product or its infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without written permission

When you request an introduction to a service partner through Go Forward, you understand that:

• Go Forward may receive a referral fee from that partner
• The partner is an independent professional, not an employee or agent of Go Forward
• Go Forward does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of any partner
• You should independently verify any professional's credentials before engaging them

All content, design, and code on Go Forward is owned by Go Forward unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the product without written permission.

Go Forward is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Forward and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Go Forward after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
