What we promise.
Go Forward does not sell personal information. We don’t sell it to data brokers, to advertisers, or to anyone else — not now, not later, not as part of an acquisition. The only time your details leave the product is when you explicitly ask us to introduce you to a professional, and we tell you exactly what we’re sharing before we share it.
Go Forward is built around your private workspace: situation answers, documents, prepared letters/forms, notes, and completed tasks. Professional resources should support the plan, not be the reason the product exists. When a professional introduction is available, we disclose what information would be shared before anything leaves your account.
Everything you generate inside Go Forward — your situation answers, your plan, your notes — stays in your browser unless you explicitly save it to an account. If you never sign up, you never leave a trace beyond the basic analytics we use to keep the product working. If you do sign up, you can delete your account and your plan at any time from your profile.
We’re a small company. A real person reads every message sent to hello@goforward.life, usually within a day. If something in the product is wrong, confusing, or causing harm, tell us — we will fix it.
