Why we built this.
What we promise.
Go Forward does not sell personal information. We don’t sell it to data brokers, to advertisers, or to anyone else — not now, not later, not as part of an acquisition. Nobody else sees your plan unless you share it yourself, for example by sending a helper a view-only link.
Go Forward is built around your private workspace: your answers, documents, prepared letters and forms, notes, and the steps you have finished. No lawyer, funeral home or other business pays to appear in your plan.
So that your private plan link keeps working, your answers and your plan are stored on our servers, tied to that link. You don’t need an account. If you make one, you can delete your account and your plan at any time from your profile. Beyond that we use only basic analytics to keep the product working.
We’re a small company. A real person reads every message sent to hello@goforward.life, usually within a day. If something in the product is wrong, confusing, or causing harm, tell us — we will fix it.
