Go Forward helps families navigate what happens after a death — organizing the practical and legal steps, one at a time. By the time we introduce them to an attorney, they’ve already identified that probate is likely needed and have assembled the basic facts of the estate. You get high-intent referrals with context.
What the pilot is
- Probate attorneys only. Families coming through this pilot have been guided toward probate because their situation indicates they’ll need it (sole-titled real estate, no-beneficiary accounts, no will plus assets, etc.).
- Flat per-matched-lead pricing. No monthly minimums, no long-term contracts, no exclusivity. Pricing is intentionally below typical probate-attorney lead costs; we set final numbers with you on the intake call based on your state.
- Two-month commitment, then renew or walk away. The pilot is small on purpose. We’re accepting a limited number of firms per state so every attorney gets enough volume to evaluate the channel honestly.
- Real context, not raw contact lists. Each referral includes the family’s state and county, the decedent’s asset picture (at the level they shared), and a short summary of what they’re trying to figure out. You reach out within 48 hours.
How referrals work
A family uses Go Forward to work through the first days and weeks after a death. The product walks them through asset titling, beneficiary designations, and state-specific rules — so by the time probate is on the table, they know why.
At the right moment — after they've identified that probate likely applies — we offer to match them with a vetted attorney in their state. They opt in; we never sell their information without that consent.
You receive a structured introduction. You reach out within 48 hours. We follow up with the family after the consult to keep the loop closed.
Priority markets
California, Texas, Florida, and Arizona are our initial focus. If you’re a licensed probate attorney in one of these states, we’re actively evaluating applications. Attorneys in other states are welcome to apply; we’ll let you know when we open up your market.
Who we’re looking for
- Active bar license in good standing in at least one priority state.
- Probate is a meaningful part of your practice — you handle summary administration, small-estate affidavits, formal probate, and the variations in between.
- You respond to inquiries within 48 hours and can accommodate at least 3–5 new consults per month.
- Flat-fee or hybrid pricing for straightforward matters. We don’t require a specific structure, but transparent pricing matters to the families we work with.
What this is not
We’re a small, early-stage company building this pilot carefully. We’re not a mass lead-gen network, we don’t sell the same family to multiple firms, and we’re not pitching funeral homes, home buyers, or other service categories in this round. This is one channel: probate attorneys, done well.
We’re also not a law firm, and we don’t provide legal advice to users. Our role is to help them identify when they need an attorney and to connect them with one who can help.
